Tyler Hubbard Sets Release Date for Second Project ‘Strong’ in April

Tyler Hubbard Announces April 12 Release Date for Sophomore Album ‘Strong’ via EMI Nashville

Tyler Hubbard, the Georgia native, has revealed that his upcoming sophomore album, “Strong,” is set to be released on April 12 through EMI Nashville. The album features a 13-track lineup with contributions from songwriters like Jesse Frasure, Ashley Gorley, Corey Crowder, Jessie Jo Dillon, and others. The recently released single “Wish You Would,” part of the project, made its debut on February 16.

The album explores various themes, from the vulnerability of love at first sight in tracks like “Vegas” to the heartfelt fun of “American Mellencamp.” Songs like “Take Me Back” and “Park” delve into hometown reminiscence, while “‘73 Beetle” serves as an ode to fatherhood, family, and ambitious aspirations. The title track, “Strong,” celebrates enduring relationships that propel life forward.

Tyler Hubbard’s current single, “Back Then Right Now,” is making its way up the country radio charts, currently in the top 20. It follows the success of the two-times Platinum chart-topper “Dancin’ In The Country” and the Platinum No. 1 single “5 Foot 9” from his debut solo album, “Tyler Hubbard,” which has amassed over one billion streams since its 2023 release.

This announcement coincides with Hubbard’s nomination at the iHeartRadio Music Awards for Favorite Debut Album. Fans can look forward to hearing tracks from “Strong” and more as Hubbard joins Kane Brown’s “In The Air Tour” starting in March.
