Maren Morris is riding the wave of success with her latest chart-topper ‘The Bones.’ While it hit back-to-back weeks at #1 on the Country Aircheck/Mediabase radio chart back in February, the first solo female to do so since 2012’s ‘Blown Away’ by Carrie Underwood, it has remained in the top 10 for nine consecutive weeks. That is the longest post-peak run of any artist in the chart’s history.
That is not the only accolade for this song though. It is spending its sixth consecutive week at #1 on the Hot Country Songs Billboard chart. Its crossover appeal has also landed it at #1 on both the Billboard Adult Pop Songs and Mediabase Hot Adult Contemporary charts. It has also entered the top 20 at Top 40 radio this week.
