Carrie Underwood can now add author to her growing list of accomplishments. On Tuesday, she released her debut book titled Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life. Co-written with Eve Adamson, the book is broken down into sections on how she earned her healthy lifestyle, how you can shape your workout routine, and what food choices you can make in order to be your best self.
Part of the title is Fuel Your Soul. So we asked Carrie what fuels her soul and check out what she had to say.
Fans of the singer will note that all but one chapter in this book is named after a song found in her six-album catalog. The book is also sprinkled with nice photos of her family and even includes some healthy recipes. Most of these recipes are vegan, but if that’s not your thing, Carrie adds a “What Mike Likes” amendment when applicable.
Coupled with this book is the release of the Fit52 app, which has detailed workout regimens daily. When you download the app, it comes with a free 14-day trial, but becomes a paid subscription if you choose to continue these workouts. An appendix in the book details how to modify these workouts if they prove too easy or difficult. You can purchase a copy of Find Your Path by clicking here.
