Backstage Access Presents is heading to the heart of country music.
The destination-driven event series will make its Nashville debut with “Backstage Access Presents: Music City,” taking place Nov. 15–18 during one of the biggest weeks on the country music calendar.
The three-day experience will bring together artists, music industry leaders, brand partners, tastemakers and guests for a series of intimate performances, songwriter rounds, hospitality experiences and exclusive gatherings throughout Music City.
The lineup features an impressive mix of established stars and emerging talent, including Lee Brice, Carly Pearce, Chase Rice, Flatland Cavalry, Matt Stell, Charlie Worsham, John Cooper Albright, Presley Aaronson, Boomtown Saints, Six One Five Collective, Braison Cyrus, Sam Drysdale, Mack Geiger, Erin Grand, Braden Hull, Brandon Helder, Jordan Dane Johnson, Jet Jurgensmeyer, Alannah McCready, Lilly Moss, Tori Rose, MaRynn Taylor and XOLEX.
Rather than simply recreating its previous destination experience, Backstage Access Presents is leaning into what makes Nashville unique: its songwriting community, legendary listening rooms, iconic venues, Music Row culture and the relationships that continue to shape country music.
Programming will take place across Nashville throughout the three-day run, featuring intimate artist performances and songwriter rounds, brand-partner hospitality experiences, Music Row gatherings and late-night events. The experience will culminate on CMA Awards night with a private watch party and celebration.
At its core, the Music City experience is designed to bring people closer together.
Through intimate performances and behind-the-scenes access, Backstage Access Presents aims to create an environment where artists, industry decision-makers and audiences can connect beyond the traditional boundaries of the music business. The focus is on creating genuine conversations, discovering new talent and building relationships that can continue long after the final performance.
The Nashville event follows the successful launch of Backstage Access Presents: Napa Valley, which debuted in April. Set against the backdrop of Napa Valley’s wineries and estates, the inaugural experience paired intimate musical performances with culinary and wine experiences while bringing artists together with radio programmers, music supervisors, industry executives, brand partners and tastemakers.
For Nashville, the concept is being built around the city itself.
From its listening rooms and songwriter circles to its legendary venues and deep-rooted hospitality culture, Music City provides a natural setting for an experience centered on music, storytelling and relationships.

With Nashville serving as both the backdrop and inspiration, Backstage Access Presents: Music City is positioned as more than another industry gathering during CMA Awards week. It is an immersive celebration of the artists, songs, relationships and people helping shape the next chapter of country music.
