The Covid-19 pandemic strikes again! The Country Music Association announced Tuesday that its annual CMA Fest will be canceled in 2021. Their current plan is to hold the four-day festival from June 9-12 in 2022. All ticket holders for 2020 or 2021 who chose the rollover option will have their passes honored at the 2022 CMA Fest. For any information on next year’s festival, head to the CMA Fest Frequently Asked Questions page.

“We know our fans near and far have hoped that the festival could safely return this summer, and while we are encouraged to see Covid-19 vaccines becoming more widely available, we still face several challenges that prevent us from bringing our fans around the world the CMA Fest experience they have come to expect,” reads a statement released across all of the Country Music Association’s social media channels. You can read that entire statement above.
